Tangy Mango Chutney Salad Dressing

  • Dressing
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 3 Tbsp Relish The Thought Mango Chutney
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • Large pinch of salt and black pepper sesame seeds, for garnish

To prepare the glaze:

Blend apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard and vegetable oil, with a food processor or hand blender until thick. When the right consistency is reached, add Mango Chutney, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix together using a spoon. Pour the dressing on your choice of salad, toss gently to combine. Drizzle any remaining dressing on top. Garnish with sesame seeds.
Dressing can be stored in a clean, sterilised jar in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
