Eggplant Kasundi Hummus

- 3 Tbsp Relish The Thought Eggplant Kasundi
- 100g-150g hummus
- Olive oil
- Cracked black pepper
Use a hand-blender, blend Eggplant Kasundi into a paste. Mix Kasundi paste with hummus or place Kasundi paste on spread hummus, drizzle with olive oil and season with black pepper.
Enjoy this dip with your favourite chips or veggie stick!
